Carolina Fun Factory delivers the best in bounce house, party, and event rentals to your location. From our warehouse located at 1000 N. Horner Blvd in Sanford, NC we can deliver to a large multi-county area. See the table below to see if your location is listed in our delivery area.
Take advantage of FREE DELIVERY as long as the minimum order is met for your area. If your order does not meet the minimum to qualify for free delivery then you have the option of:
- Adding items to your cart to meet the minimum order required for delivery to your area.
- Paying the difference as your Delivery Fee

By special consideration, if you are planning a large event, we can sometimes serve areas outside of our standard Delivery Area listed here. Don't hesitate to contact us to see if your event may be within the scope of what we can do.

It is important to coordinate the delivery and pick up of party rental items at an exact time to ensure that the care/custody/control of all items is passed directly between the customer and the company.
One of the key reasons for well-coordinated delivery and pick-up is to avoid potential liability in case of any unfortunate incidents such as equipment damage, theft, or injuries on the rental equipment. By properly coordinating these logistics, we can minimize the risks associated with hosting events in public spaces like parks.
Here are a few important points to consider:
1. Equipment Damage: When party rental items are delivered and picked up at a coordinated time, it allows us to thoroughly inspect all equipment before and after use. This ensures that any damages or issues are identified, addressed, and resolved promptly. By doing so, we can prevent any potential liability from falling on you as the event host.
2. Theft Prevention: Coordinating the delivery and pick up of rental items helps us keep track of the equipment and reduces the risk of theft. You are responsible for the security and safekeeping of the rental items throughout the event.
3. Injury Prevention: Safety is our utmost priority. By coordinating the delivery and pick up of rental items, we can ensure that all equipment is set up correctly and in compliance with safety regulations. Our trained professionals will handle the installation and removal, reducing the risk of accidents or injuries during the event. This proactive approach helps protect both you as the event host and your guests.
By working together to coordinate the logistics of delivery and pick-up, we can create a seamless and worry-free experience for your park event. Our dedicated team will be available to assist you throughout the process, making sure that all rental items are handled with care and that any potential liability is mitigated.
Selecting the Exact Time Delivery does incur a charge of $200.00 in addition to any other costs associated with your event. You are also responsible for any fees associated with COI requests that may be requested from the Park and Recreation department that you are renting from. Each city's park and rec department is different and each has its own requirements. It's up to you to know what those requirements are and to let us know IN WRITING if any information from us needs to be passed to that department.

Flexible Delivery is Free delivery as long as A) your order meets the minimum order subtotal for your event address and B) the event location is SECURE. A delivery to a private residence where the rental equipment will be left out in the front yard is not considered secure. A delivery to a church or school where the rental items are behind a building out of site and not visible to the public could be considered secure. If in doubt about what to select for your delivery option then please contact us so we can discuss your situation and discuss what the best option for your event.
- Do NOT select the Flexible Delivery option if your party is being held at a park, pavilion, community center, church hall, or any other outside place that is considered to be "open" to the public.
- Do NOT select the Flexible Delivery option if you are hosting a "surprise" birthday party and do not want the items possibly delivered the day before the party.
- Under FLEXIBLE delivery your rental items could be delivered any before your scheduled rental time and retrieved any day after your scheduled rental time.
- You do not have to be home to select Flexible Delivery, just communicate with us where you would like your items set.
When rental items are delivered to your location the care/custody/control of those items are transferred to you. Therefore you must be able to secure those items until the care/custody/control of those items can be transferred back to a Carolina Fun Factory representative.
Same Day Delivery option is best for customers who do not have a secured area for the rental items to be held after drop off or until a Carolina Fun Factory representative returns to pick them up, or for customers who simply don't want to take possession of their rental items until the day of their event and don't want to keep possession of their rental items beyond the day of their event.
- You need the delivery and/or pick up of the rental items on the same day of the event.
- You are flexible with the time of delivery.
- No, you do not have to be home, just tell us where to set up.
- Your location is SECURE and not "open" to the public.
- This option will NOT work for a park delivery... Park deliveries are Exact Time Delivery only.
