Customer Service Representative Qualifications
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; associate degree preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Strong interpersonal skills: You are committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate that you can work effectively with others in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Excellent organizational skills: You can coordinate multiple projects to work effectively under pressure and to meet prescribed deadlines.
• Capable of handling confidential matters with discretion and good judgment.
• Management of CRM software and the client pipeline to include scheduling appointments with clients and the preparation of quotes.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills and management of the following software applications: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Calendar, Mailchimp, Canva, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook
• Telephone skills: You can speak clearly and in a professional manner to be understood and are able to follow all guidelines of telephone communication etiquette.
• Positivity and proactivity: You do not wait to be told what to do and are always one step ahead.
• Ability to work independently: You are self-motivated, self-directed, and love to cross off tasks from the list; you make things happen, then move on to the next project with minimal supervision.

Customer Service Representative Job Details
Carolina Fun Factory, based out of Carthage NC, is an event rental company that is immediately hiring an outgoing Office Assistant to support the daily operations in a back-end office setting. The right candidate would perform basic office responsibilities including answering the phone, assisting customers with placing orders through our backend booking system, answering emails, etc. Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research. Additional duties would include an inventory of office supplies and concession supplies and re-ordering as necessary.
